Da Ron Vinson (b. 2002, Los Angeles, CA) is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice encompasses performance, playwriting, drawing, installation, and video. Vinson's work centers on public interventions that probe the complex intersections of body politics, language, gender, race, and community. Central to Vinson's practice are exhaustive improvisational durational performances. Vinson's performance philosophy embraces the concept that true exhaustion is not merely fatigue, but a catalyst for renewal and reinvention. This belief drives the artist to push their physical and mental boundaries, creating works that provoke critical dialogue about contemporary social issues while challenging both the artist and viewers to reconsider societal constructs and personal limitations.
Da Ron Vinson earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Otis College of Art And Design with a primary focus on animation and a minor in painting. Vinson currently lives and works in the U.S.
