The performance involved the artist dressed as a tramp clown dragging along a trunk on wheels with an American flag design on it, traveling from Sylmar to the California Capital Building by foot, bus, train, and hitchhiking. When at the capital, the artist removed tattooing equipment from their trunk and tattooed the court case for Roe V. Wade, section one of the Fourteenth Amendment, and the First Amendment title on their leg. After tattooing themselves, the artist traveled back to Sylmar by foot, bus, train, and hitchhiking.
